Was Beckham responsible for our exTRa-time brand?

He did kindly sign his autograph for us when shopping in the florists next door to our Offices.  But I'm sorry No is the answer.

Arguably one of the most famous 23s in history - this was an alternative that we considered for naming the Magazine.

Did you know some others famous for a link to that number include: 

Michael Jordan (basketball) wearing the number (reported as an idol of Beckham?). Every human has 23 pairs of chromosomes.  Even...23 was the cell in which Princess Leia was held in Star Wars.  You remember her - well Ross does in Friends?

So why are we called exTRa-time?
